ABOUT ME
MY STORY
Music has been a lifelong thread in my journey, weaving its way through nearly every stage of my life. I began with organ lessons in grade school, the first spark that would ignite a lifelong passion. In middle and high school, I played clarinet, learning the joy of making music with others. But through it all, piano remained the dream quietly waiting in the background.
That dream became reality as an adult, when I finally brought a piano into my home and began studying in earnest. Over the past 15 years, I’ve immersed myself in classical piano, music theory, and the ongoing development of both technique and artistic expression. While my heart belongs to classical music, I love exploring other styles and guiding students toward the music that inspires them most. My goal is to meet each student where they are, helping them grow in skill, confidence, and love for the piano.

PHILOSOPHY & APPROACH
My goal for every student is to be well-rounded and competent in multiple areas—such as sight reading, notation, music theory, technique, and musicality. I believe that every student can learn, and I work to foster a lesson environment that is comfortable, enriching, and tailored to the unique needs of each student.
